Policy Statement
Velocity Consultants is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional workplace environment. We adopt a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of workplace violence or illegal infringement.

Workplace violence refers to any behavior occurring in the workplace or in work-related situations that may cause physical, psychological, or emotional harm to employees, including threats, harassment, bullying, or other inappropriate conduct.

Scope
This policy applies to all employees of Velocity Consultants and covers work-related activities and environments, including but not limited to:

  • Company offices
  • Client meetings or business activities
  • Work-related online communication

Examples of Workplace Violence
Workplace violence may include, but is not limited to:

    Verbal threats, intimidation, or abusive language

  • Physical aggression or assault
  • Persistent workplace bullying or harassment
  • Any behavior that causes harm to an employee’s physical or psychological well-being

Prevention Measures
To prevent workplace violence, the company will:

  • Promote a respectful and supportive workplace culture
  • Provide awareness and training where appropriate
  • Establish reporting and complaint channels
  • Conduct investigations and take appropriate action when necessary
